About ROF UK

ROF UK supplies refurbished office furniture, including office chairs, desks and other workplace furniture. Products are refurbished and checked before being offered for sale.

Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. As refurbished furniture is pre-owned, individual items may have minor signs of previous use. Any significant defects or imperfections that affect the condition of an item will be described in the product listing.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with availability, pricing or delivery.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, refurbished furniture purchased from ROF UK is covered by our stated 12-month warranty.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights and may be subject to reasonable exclusions relating to misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or unauthorised modifications.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order will be those in effect when the order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
